Tilapia are freshwater fish inhabiting shallow streams, ponds, rivers and lakes. His friends and family call him Musht, which means comb in Arabic, because of his comb shaped tail.
Musht are known to be one the most dedicated parents of all the fish kingdom. After the eggs are fertilized, both parents collect them into their mouths and keep them there until the tiny Musht hatch. The young fish retreat right back into their parents mouths at the first sign of danger. When the Musht are a month old, their parents send them on their way and the young Musht swim off to start their own lives.
